Alex MacKenzie

Alex is an independent international development facilitator, trainer, and analyst. He designs and facilitates development planning and decision-making processes with a wide range of multilateral and national organizations and stakeholders. He specializes in applying results-based management (RBM) and human rights-based approaches for programme development. Since 2002, Alex has delivered results in multi-cultural and multi-stakeholder situations in over 40 countries. Prior to this, he served as a planning and project officer with the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) in Ghana and Indonesia.
