Barbara Oliviera

Barbara (PhD, MBA, LLM) is an expert in multi-stakeholder negotiations and complex problem solving involving sustainable development issues. She co-founded the Collaboration Laboratory focused on multi-stakeholder engagement for social investment and local development in Latin America and founded Ecosynergy – Facilitation and Capacity Building for Sustainability, through which she assists and coaches companies and organisations in their development of a strategic sustainability agenda, conflict resolution, change management, and innovation in Brazil and abroad. Barbara is an Associate Professor at Fundação Dom Cabral (Brazil) and Faculty Member of the International Program for the Management of Sustainability.
