David is Managing Director at the Consensus Building Institute and Associate Director of the MIT-Harvard Public Disputes Program. He works globally with development agencies, governments, business, and civil society stakeholders to create joint solutions to sustainable development challenges. As a facilitator, trainer, and advisor, he designs and supports multi-stakeholder partnerships, strengthens organizational capacity for integrative negotiation and dispute resolution, and builds consensus to achieve sustainable development goals. He has worked extensively in developing countries and at the global level on energy, water, agriculture, and forestry resource negotiations and partnerships.
