Dong-Young is an Associate Professor at the KDI School of Public Policy and Management. His research interests include theory and practice of public dispute resolution and negotiation in developing countries, participatory and collaborative governance, and environmental policy and sustainable development. He earned two Master’s degrees (Master of City Planning from Seoul National University, Korea and Master of Environmental Management from Yale School of Forestry and Environment). He received his Ph.D. in Public Policy and Environmental Planning from MIT.
