Yann Duzert

Yann is the CEO of Temperance Academy, academic coordinator of the Master's in International Management program at the Brazilian School of Public and Business Administration (EBAPE), and Director of the Executive Education/Semana FGV at FGV Management. He has been a mediator and coach for Brazilian government leaders and negotiation processes. He has also done training and coaching for many international organizations and corporations. He is co-author of the Manual of Complex Negotiations. He did his post-doctorate work at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and is associated with the MIT-Harvard Public Disputes Program on Negotiation based at Harvard Law School.
